The following key updates are now live ready for the 2019 golf season for golfers using the web based system for tracking scores or running their golf group or society online.
Score Tracker Round Tracking Updates
- Event/competitions can now be assigned to rounds during round input.
- Partial/incomplete rounds can be added use the checkbox to stop the full scorecard data check.
- Various bug fixes related to handicap recalculations following partial/incomplete rounds added via the app.
Group/Society Updates
- Event/Game option to allow an 'Open' game which allows group members to add their own rounds from the web score tracker.
- Event/Game round import option if group members have tracked rounds indepedently that match game criteria - stops double tracking.
- additionally this option allows golfers to track rounds on the app and then for the group administrator to import into an event/game post round. Improve app functionality coming soon.
- Event/Game auto group assignment player order can now be set based on surname, handicap or random.
- Event/Game player assignment default to auto approve to stop the need for authentication before data can be processed.
- Event/Game leaderboard countback option added for Strokeplay Nett and Strokeplay Gross to match existing functionality for Stableford
- Various bug fixes and tweaks notably around event results and deleted rounds.
- Updates to Event Admin Scoring page to improve usability
